Homebuilding and remodeling business owners are extremely busy. It makes sense that their focus is on ensuring that their valuable projects are finished correctly and on time. Unfortunately, this doesn’t leave much time for critical lead generating activities like posting four times per week on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.
Posting regularly addresses social media, which is only one piece of a well-executed marketing strategy. It doesn’t address SEO, Email Marketing, Blog posts, etc. Given the effort required, in each of these areas, it’s easy to understand why these business owners don’t do much marketing past the bare essentials.
